​We don't make money until you do! We are very careful with whom we choose as our owners because we invest in your marketing daily. It is our motto that a management company should share the risks as well as the reward, so we contribute financially to the marketing strategy for your property. We also take pride in the properties we choose to list.  

We charged an initial fee of a full first months and a monthly fee thereafter depending on the services needed for your property.  

We handle each listing on a case by case fee basis.
